We buy all of our Black Angus cattle from western states where their diet consist only of grass. Once brought back to the farm in Michigan, they are fed a combination of corn and free-range grass for at about 140 days to help achieve the proper marbling and ensure that they are graded as choice or prime. Our quality is carried through to our local processing partners to ensure your meat is properly cut, packed, and sorted to our standards.

We will have the product shipped in roughly 2-3 business days! It will come packaged with dry ice and the shipping will be 1 day through UPS. If you would like to pick up the bundle please let us know and we can arrange for that as well!
